-Minimum three night stay, except high season.

-Cash security deposit of 300,00 euro.
-Compulsory final cleaning 100,00 euro.
-Optional daily maid service is 10,00 euro and hour.
-The pool is open from may to september
-Easter, Christmas time and New Years Eve are consider middle season.
-It is prohibited to surpass the maximum
number of approved guests except for children under three years
old.
-The scheduled arrival time is on Saturdays between 15,00 and
19,00. If you are going to be late or need to make other changes,
you must call Sig.re Manuela as soon as possible at 0039-328-562-5989
and let her know of the changes. Departure time is on Saturdays
at 10,00. Guests must leave the house in good condition.
-The owners reserve the right to access the house for essential
maintenance.
-Method of payment: On confirmation of reservation, the client
must make a 30% down payment (30% of the total rental price) Final
payment is to be made 28 days prior to the rental time.

--Cancellations: In case of cancellation, please observe the following
conditions:
30% of the total price will be retained if cancelled up to 28
days before scheduled rental time.
60% retained if cancelled between the 28th and 10th day.
100% retained if cancelled between the 9th and actual day of rental.
--Complaints: Any problems must be brought immediately to the
attention of the owners for swift resolution.
--Guest must have some from of personal identification.
